Return & Refund Policy

At POSHA Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

Return & Refund Eligibility

We offer returns or refunds within 14 days of delivery only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, or
  • The wrong product was delivered

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original packaging
  • Reported within 14 days of delivery with proof (clear images or video)

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • If you did not get the desired results from the product
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor packaging differences or manufacturer variations
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

⚠️ Please note: Results vary from person to person depending on skin type, usage, and other factors. Lack of results is not a valid reason for return or refund.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed accordingly. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method.
